Forward Devils Lake Area Development Corporation (FDL)  is the contracted organization to provide economic development services to the City of Devils Lake and Ramsey County. 

As the economic development organization, FDL works with entrepreneurs, existing businesses, business development, business recruitment and workforce recruitment.
